Error rxspServlet not found when installing NDD Print Ricoh Android

Fail

When installing the Ricoh Andoid NDD Print Client using the NDD Print Remote Operation tool, one of the steps in the manual is to perform the “Set” before installing the device. When performing this step, the error [PRINTER.IP] rxspServlet not found is displayed.

Cause

TLS 1.0 protocol is disabled.

Solution

Activate the TLS 1.0 protocol by following the steps below:

1. Access the device's web

2. Click on Device management

3. Configuration

4. Security

5. SSL/TLS
