Common errors

When you send the settings to the NDD Print Collector, some errors may be returned.

Click on Save not configured, to save a CSV file with the printers that returned an error.

Error code	Possible causes
Error #001	Datacenter is not operational
Error #002	Enterprise Key entered incorrectly Datacenter does not match Enterprise Key Enterprise Key removed from Datacenter
Error #003	Printer busy No jobs done on the day to account for Incorrect printer administrator user and/or password Incorrect printer SNMP community Printer hostname could not be resolved
Error #004	Printer not communicating with the server provided Incorrect NDD Print Host address DCS Server port blocked (default 5656) DCS Server service stopped on the server Server hostname could not be resolved
Error #005	Printer busy No jobs done that day to account for Incorrect printer administrator user and/or password Printer hostname could not be resolved
Error #006	Printer not communicating with the Datacenter provided Printer not communicating with the Internet (external Datacenter) Incorrect datacenter address Datacenter offline HTTPS port (443) blocked
Error #007	Incorrect printer administrator user
Error #008	No communication with the printer to be configured Application is not installed on the printer Incorrect address entered The printer's hostname could not be resolved
Error #009	Access credentials to the device are incorrect Network blocking on ports 57571, 57572 or 23
Error #010	Connection may be lost Device does not respond in time
