Configure monitoring of multiple devices

The functionality makes it possible to monitor counters and supplies for up to 20 devices from a single device with NDD Print Collector installed.

In hybrid environments, the functionality allows you to monitor different manufacturers:

Step 1: Create the CSV file

1. Create a CSV file containing the address of the printer you will monitor and the addresses of the printers that will be monitored.

2. Click Import File to send the file

• Only CSV files will be accepted.

• Only 20 additional devices can be monitored per NDD Print Collector.

Here's an example:

Printers with addresses 192.168.1.11 (HP), 192.168.1.15 (EPSON) and 192.168.1.18 (LEXMARK) will be monitored by this same NDD Print Collector.

In this case, the file structure will be as follows:

192.168.0.11;
192.168.0.15;
192.168.0.18;

Step 2: Import the file

1. Under Multiple devices, click Enable

2. Click Choose file to select the CSV file

3. Click Apply to save the settings
