Access

Native printer functions can be used by the user authenticated to securely copy, fax, and scan his documents. In portal 360, it is possible to configure restrictive policies such as hour to make copies, control of quotas and accounts, among others.

7x MFP's

After authenticating, on the Main Interface, select Access Copier in the Main Menu. Select a Purpose (when enabled), then a message will appear asking the user to access the printer's native functions (Home button, icons and/or copy, fax or scanner physical buttons).

After performing the jobs, the user must press Home or Application button to return to the application nddPrint to logout.

10x MFP's or higher

After authenticating, in the Main Interface, select the Access Copier icon in the Access Menu (it can also be accessed through the Actions Menu in the documents screen). Select a Purpose (when enabled), then the user will be directed to the default printer's native function.

IMPORTANT

When the purpose is only corporate (no Accounts or Private), and the SMART option on the nddPrint Releaser server is to redirect the user directly to the copier, the user can access the copy option directly through the printer's physical button, that is, it is not necessary to open the Ricoh nddPrint Client;

In the access to the copy menu, there may be a delay until the MFP finishes its internal processes to load the screen;

Access to the default printer's native functions must be pre-configured through the DALP file (when installing JAVA version).
