Copy Control

nddPrint Client Ricoh Java Controlled Copy is intended to control copy jobs by multiple users as per the previous Portal 360 settings.

After authentication, in the top bar we have the user status containing the authenticated user information with their available quotas. When the authenticated user has a quota value of zero or less, they will be warned (popup) that they do not have privileges to access the selected native role. If the number of jobs exceeds the user's available quota, copies will be made until their quotas reach zero, then the job is automatically canceled by MFP.

ATTENTION

Due to limitations in the quota service architecture, it is possible that, during the copy process, the user's quota balance can get up to 10 pages negative;
