Delegated Documents

Delegated Documents have their permissions extended to specific users, in which the user is given the task to print the document, in which the quota will be discounted from the user who delegated it. If he does not have enough quota balance, it will inform that printing can not be made. These documents will be available and can be removed or not, according to the settings chosen when the document is being delegated.

To navigate between recent documents or Delegating Users, click USERS or RECENT.

Tab User

This tab displays the list of users who have documents being delegated to you. When selecting a user, you will view all documents being delegated by him.

Tab Recent

Documents that have recently been delegated to you will appear on the initial screen, and they will be listed for up to 24 hours. In this list, the documents and the users that have delegated them are shown.
