Pending documents

In My Documents, are listed all documents from the authenticated user, being that they can be sent through a print group from nddPrint Releaser or uploaded through the Releaser Web. According the configuration, it is still possible to save these documents, that will then be located in the tab Saved Documents.

Saved Documents

the documents will be available until the user deletes them, and there may be limitations on storage capacity in the form of quotas, that is, depending on the configured space (general or individual). In this interface will be listed all documents that the user have chosen to save or print and save.

IMPORTANT

Due to the Software / Hardware limitations of some Ricoh MFP's, some processes may take longer than usual, in some cases, the application may become slow due to the amount of data displayed on the screen. To minimize it, it is recommended that each user has no more than 30 documents at once (pending or saved).

The documents will remain in the Pending Documents list according to the time set in the nddPrint Releaser.
