Public Documents

Public Documents are documents in .PDF format sent through the nddPrint Releaser WEB module or nddPrint Releaser Manager. They are published in directories, where they can then be printed by users allowed. Public documents will be available until the user who uploaded them deletes it, or until they are removed by the administrator in the nddPrint Releaser Manager.

Folder Browsing

To browse between folders, press the folder icon. The directory path will be listed on the screen, as configured on the nddPrint Releaser. To return to the main menu, press MENU.

IMPORTANT

Public documents does not occupy the user's disk space, but when printed, they are discounted from the user's quota balance (when being used).
