Shared Documents

Shared Documents have their permissions extended to other users, in which the user who receives the shared document will print respecting his own quota balance, that means, the user that shared will not have his quotas debited. These documents will be available until deleted by the user who shared it.

To browse between the shared documents or users who shared them, click on the tab Documents or Users.

Tab Documents

Documents that have been shared with you will appear on the first screen. In this list, it is possible to see the document and the user who shared it.

Tab Users

This tab lists the users who have documents being shared with you.

When selecting a user, you will view all documents being shared by him.
