Opening the Troubleshooting Tool

To perform the communication tests you will need to open the Troubleshooting Tool, which is available in a directory within the NDD Print Host installation folder, which by default is available at:

:\ProgramFiles\NDDigital\nddPrint\Host\Troubleshooting\nddPrint.TroubleshootTool.Presentation.exe, if it was not changed at the installation. The tool can be run directly where NDD Print Host is installed, or copied to another machine.

To find the Troubleshooting Tool > installation folder > folder Troubleshooting > application nddPrint.TroubleshootTool.Presentation.exe
