NDD Print Host; MF uses NDD Print Host services to make the call on the device to be added, by collecting the data from the device.

Windows
Windows 7 SP1 (minimum). For the NDD Print MF Canon to work in this operating system, these prerequisites will be necessary: Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 redistributable 64-bit / 32-bit; KB3063858 64bits / 32-bit; Microsoft Root Certification Authority 2011 (.net Core 2.1 offline installer only). Required items
Printer administrator account for application installation and configuration;
Always use the latest firmware version provided by the manufacturer;
The printer administrator password must be configured, the field cannot be left empty. If it is changed, the printer must be removed and added again;
Always use the driver specific to each printer and compatible with the operating system.
Attention To avoid errors when adding printers in NDD Print MF Canon, you must first perform at least one print and copy job on printers that have a copy function, and at least one print job on devices that do not have this function. If these jobs are not performed before adding the devices, the process will be interrupted and an information message will be displayed to the user.
