Finality Selection

According to the settings chosen for the environment, after authenticating on the board, the Purpose selection interface will appear. In it, we define where the discount of quotas will be made for each document listed. Purposes are available as Private, Corporate and Account (Select an account from those listed).

NOTE

Regardless of the selected account, the discount will always occur from the Corporate quota.

After defining them, a short summary will be shown containing the following information:

• Authenticated User;

• Purpose Selected;

• Number of Corporate Shares;

• Number of Private Quotas.

• By clicking on OK you will be redirected to the application menu.

ATTENTION

To enable account selection, consult the Portal 360 manual;

To enable the disk space quota, consult the Portal 360 manual (due to Hardware/Sofware limitations, it is not possible to view the amount of disk space through the interface);

To use print quotas, you must previously enable them in Portal 360, check your licensing.
