Assign an account to the printer

User prerequisites:

Master Administrator Permission or

Administrator Permission

Process prerequisites:

Account control must be configured by printer


To assign an account to the printer > view Printers > menu Printers > on the list select the printer > action Open > tab Account > Edit

Select the desired behavior, considering:

The printer does not belong to any account: In this case the printer will not be part of any account, and the jobs performed on this equipment will be configured as "No account";

The printers does not have history and always belonged to the account: In this case, it will be considered that the printer has always been a member of the informed account, and all jobs already performed in the printer will be assigned to the account.

Change account;

The printer has account history: In this case you can add periods in which the printer belonged to different accounts, and the jobs will be adjusted to the accounts as configured.

Add history

History start date: It allows informing the date on which the printer had history;

No account;

Selected account: It allows informing the account where the printer had history.
