Define the account type to use

This setting allows you to determine whether accounts will be controlled by users or printers.
To perform this setting > view Settings > menu Jobs assignment > locate Accounts > action Edit > locate Select the account type to use
Select the desired behavior, considering:
Users: In this case users can be assigned to the accounts, so each print made by the user is automatically assigned to the account it belongs to.
Allow users to select the account to which his print jobs will be assigned to: Enabling this option will not automatically assign print jobs to the account the user belongs. In this case, the user can select the account at the print time.
Allow users to assign print jobs as WITHOUT ACCOUNT: This option is available only if the "Allow user to select the account that your print job will be assigned" setting is enabled.
Printers: In this case printers can be assigned to the accounts. When printing to a printer belonging to an account, the job will be assigned to the account the printer belongs to, and can be viewed in reports when filtering by accounts.
