Set the personal data storage period after the user deletion
User prerequisites:
Master Administrator Permission or
Process prerequisites:
None
This setting allows you to define how long the user's personal data will be kept after deletion.
To perform this configuration > view Settings > menu Users > locate Personal data storage period after deleting the user > action Edit
Select the desired behavior considering:
Always keep personal data: By default, this option will be selected.
Remove personal data immediately;
Define storage period for personal data: When selecting this option, it is possible to define how long the deleted user's personal data will be stored. This period can vary between 1 and 182 days.
ATTENTION
Print jobs of users who have had their personal data removed will be presented anonymously in the reports.
After deleting the user's personal data, they cannot be recovered.
