Enable session in memory after authentication

User prerequisites:

Master Administrator Permission or

Administrator Permission

Process prerequisites:

None


This setting enables the session in memory after authentication. When activating the session in memory, when a user prints a document, to release the document, one performs the authentication and informs the purpose or the account to which the document belongs, in this case if more documents are printed within the configured time, it will not be prompted for this information again.

To perform this setting > view Settings > menu Accounting > locate Users memory session > action Edit

Set up the necessary data, considering:

Memory session;

Activated;

Disabled.

Expire memory session in;

__ seconds.

Apply rule to;

All the documents;

Only documents containing expressions in the title;

Ignore documents that contain expressions in the title.

Expressions: It allows include expressions that will be used to define the application of rules by clicking "+ Add". Note the example below:

Use * to indicate that there may be more than one character:

  • Between the beginning and the end of the expression:
    DOC*02 is equivalent to DOCUMENT02... DOCUMENTARY02... DOCPROJECT02

  • After the start of expression:
    DOC* is equivalent to DOCUMENT2018... DOCUMENTARY... DOCOFICCIAL

 Use ? to indicate that there may be only one character:

  • Between the beginning and the end of the expression:
    DO?1 is equivalent to DOC1... DO21... DOT1

  • After the start of expression:
    DOC? is equivalent to DOC0... DOC1... DOC2
