Comparative export report of EcoToner

Process prerequisites:

To use EcoToner, it must be enabled and licensed, to do so, contact the NDD through the account executive

This report allows you to view, by printer, the comparison between the reference counter and the number of pages that had the savings applied. The reference counter rule is defined in NDD Print MPS, for more information see the product manual.

To view the report > view Reports > menu Export > Comparative

The report generation wizard will display the filters:

Date interval: This range allows you to delimit the information that will be displayed in the report.

Start date;

End date.

NOTE

The maximum interval limit between dates is 90 days.

The EcoToner data will always be displayed regardless of the source configuration of the accounting.
