Reports are tools that allow the environment visualization and monitoring, aiming to give managers and users the information collected, through the accounting methods, properly systematized. These reports are available in the central management panel, among which are:

• Web reports, with online generation option or scheduling with automatic sending;

Detailed and static;

Dynamic (OLAP cube);

General analyzes displayed in charts.

• Print quotas report by users:

User quota totalizer;

Quotas debts.

• Products and printers inventory;
