Add quotas to the user
To add quotas to the user > view Users > on the list select the user that will receive the quota > action Open > tab Quotas > locate Balance of quotas > click on Add credit
This action is only available if the user has the necessary permissions.
Enter the required data, according to quota control unit, considering:
Quota for private use: When enabled, only jobs assigned as "Private" by users will be discounted from this quota.
This option is only available when configured, otherwise it will not be displayed.
Pages
Number of pages
Color
Number of mono pages
Number of color pages
Currency
Credit amount
The configuration limits are:
Pages: 70,000
Color: 70,000 color/70,000 mono
Currency: 7,000
Expire credit: It allows to delimit the time that this quota will be available to the user.
This option is only available when configured, otherwise it will not be displayed.
