Printer import
To use this feature, queues and groups must be created on the Print Server and/or Workstation.
Create the CSV or TXT file
Field name | Description | Value |

* Purpose | Purpose of print queue | 0 - Release documents retained in the print server and/or user stations 1 - Release of documents retained in user stations |
Queue name | Print queue name | Queue name created on the server This field is required if queue purpose is 0 |
Group name | Name of the print group that queue belongs to | Name of the group that the queue belongs to, created on the server You can indicate the name of the Print group, so the queue will be added on import. |

To use the printer import wizard (bulk add) follow these steps:
Side menu Printers
Action Import
On the screen, click Next
Select the TXT or CSV file created, click Next
Review the information, click Next
After completing the wizard, you can check if there were any failures
Click Next
Click Finish
If any imported printer is out of communication at the time of import, its status will be pending.
You can hide the wizard's Welcome, Summary and Finish screens by checking that option in each of them, or access the setting Show/Hide wizard screens when adding Printers and Groups.
