Add folders
To add a folder > side menu Public documents > action Add folder
Please inform data, considering that:
Folder name: Required field;
Description;
Inherit permissions from the parent folder: Inherit permissions of all users from the parent folder to the new one.
IMPORTANT
The folder structure occurs hierarchically, and follows the concept of "cascade" permission, which means that for the user to access the last folder, it must has permission on all top-level folders.
