Configure behavior after authentication (Release Terminals)
This setting allows the optimization of the user's tasks after login. It is important to note that the availability of resources depends on each release agent, as well as other resources available and/or used in the environment.
To configure the terminal's behavior

select the desired option

Please select the desired behavior, considering that
Starting Actions: Allows the definition of the actions that will be taken after user authentication, such as skipping system menus, by directing the user to the configured location. These actions depend on the resources made available by the release agent.
Release all pending documents after authenticating: If the user has pending documents, they will be printed automatically, if allowed by the release agent;
Pending Documents, if exists, or Access copier: In this case the user is referred first to Pending Documents, if there are no documents, it will be directed to the copier (this function depends on the availability of the equipment);
Pending Documents, if exists, or Menu: In this case the user is referred first to Pending Documents, if there are no documents, it will be directed to the action menu;
Pending Documents: In this case, the user will always be directed to Pending Documents, regardless of whether there are documents or not;
Menu: In this case, the user will always be directed to the action menu;
Access copier (native functions): In this case, the user will always be directed to the copier (this function depends on the availability of the machine);
Do not select.
Default selection: Sets if the pending documents will be preselected, or if the user has to select them manually.
Do not select;
Select all documents;
Select only the first document.
Finality Assignment: Sets if the finality will be suggested or if the user must manually select it between Corporate or Private.
Always show the finality assignment screen: In this case, the user will always be directed to the screen where he will have to select of the assignment options available in the Portal 360. By default, it can be: Corporate or Private.
Without assignment;
Private;
Corporate.
The options will be applied to all users.
