Set domain for accounting

The system identifies the domain from the print job sent by the user, however, there are cases where this name can not be acquired, for example, in low-level printings from legacy platforms. In these cases, this setting should be used in order to indicate to which domain the print job will be assigned.

To configure the domain > menu Tools > Settings ... > tab Identification > Domain Identification > enter the required data > Apply > OK

Please inform the required data, considering that:

Use system domain (nddPrint);

Integrated domain: When using this option, whenever a print job does not have a specified domain, it will be assigned to the integrated domain configured.

IMPORTANT

The integrated domains will only be available if they have been previously registered in the NDD Print Host.

Use selected domain for all printed documents, ignoring the identified domain: Enables to force the use of a specific domain, even if a domain has been identified in the printed documents.

ATTENTION

When using the forced domain, it is recommended have this same configuration performed on the users' stations (NDD Print Agent), through configuration performed on NDD Print Portal 360.
