Domain Integration
Unlike imports, integration allows you to set a time interval so that all information that has changed on the domain controller is reflected in the NDD Print Host. For this, the differential synchronization is performed, where the data to be synchronized will be only those that have been changed.
Integration allows you to: automatically remove 360 users and user groups that have been deleted from the domain; make settings flexible; and centralize information relevant to synchronization in a single location. In addition, you can enable user authentication that will be used in the NDD Print client modules.
When configured, it allows users, accounts and groups synchronization. Depending on the need, it is possible to synchronize users and accounts, or users and groups simultaneously.
The difference between group or account synchronization occurs when this information is presented in Portal 360, so that:
If the data imported are from Group they will be available in Portal 360 in the Users view > Domains Menu
If the data imported are from Account they will be available in Portal 360 in the Accounts view
