Enable public documents
This setting allows the publication of PDF files for viewing and printing for all users that are allowed. Public documents are organized into folders when created in the NDD Print Releaser, and each folder must contain the users/groups allowed to view or publish files to the corresponding folder. Users who are allowed to publish can add or remove any documents stored in the folder through NDD Print Releaser, or NDD Print Releaser Web. Other users, who can only visualize the files, can view and print them through any print agent.
To enable the public documents function > menu Tools > Settings ... > tab Activation > enable Public documents > Apply > OK
NOTE
New menus will be displayed in the administration interface, as well as in the Release Agents that support such feature.
