Enable alert email
Process Prerequisites:
The feature Print via email must be enabled
To enable Alert Email > menu Tools > Settings ... > tab Print via email > Additional settings > select the desired option > Apply > OK
Please select the desired option, considering that:
Send successful email on receipt: In this case, whenever an email is received, an email will be sent back to the user;
Edit successful email body: This option allows the customization of the message that will be inserted into the email content.
Send failed email on receipt: In this case, if there is a failure in receiving, an email will be sent informing the user;
Edit failed email body: This option allows the customization of the message that will be inserted into the email content.
IMPORTANT
If the option Send successful email on receipt is enabled, depending on the print volume, the server can understand it to be SPAM messages, not delivering all the emails correctly. If this occurs, check your firewall and security settings.
