Release retained documents
This feature must be used whenever there is a need to test the release of prints on specific printers, in order to evaluate their operation. In these cases, neither the policies nor the quota discount will be applied, only the accounting.
To release retained documents > side menu Retained documents > select it from the list of print jobs > action Release > Select the physical printer for printing > Print
ATTENTION
When releasing a document retained on the station, it will be deleted from the list.
