Add affinities
Process prerequisites:
The option to delegate documents must be enabled in the NDD Print Releaser
Affinity is a bond created between two users so that there is interaction with documents that are pending and retained, allowing them to securely release the document in the Delegated Documents view.
To add a new Affinity > view Delegations > action Add
Select the users who will have access to the delegated document and select an action for the document:
After printing: It allows you to choose whether the printed document will be saved or deleted after printing.
No storage: It allows you to choose whether the document will be printed or not when the user is out of storage space.
