Document retention on the devices' HD
As of this version, the NDD Print Client Ricoh Android can retain documents on the devices' HD, being able to release them both on the device holding the document, and on other Ricoh devices registered in the same compatibility group. All this with just one application server, keeping all the benefits of secure release, policies and quotas, already present in NDD Print, and with simplified setup.

Default sender configured in NDD Print Host is not populated
How did the problem happen? User's email address was not filled in correctly on the device's Dashboard.
When did the problem happen? When trying to send an email with the Email to me feature.
Where was the problem? In the Email to me feature.
What was done to fix it? Fixed using the default sender configured in NDD Print Host, when the user uses the Email to me feature.

Slow adding and removing users from Policies
The actions of adding and removing users in the policies were taking a long time to take effect, causing the NDD Print Portal 360 screen to be unavailable until the process was completed.
An improvement has been made so that the page is not blocked while the process is running.

We changed the logo and icon of the solution for our new brand following the Rebranding NDD, as well as we changed the product nomenclature to the new NDD Print standard.
Redesign of the NDD Print Portal 360 login page
For simplicity and ease, the NDD Print Portal 360 login page has been restructured.
Strong Password Validation in NDD Print Portal 360
With system security in mind, we improved the process of creating and validating passwords to access the NDD Print Portal 360. From this version onwards, only passwords with the new criteria will be accepted, which must contain at least eight characters, not alphanumeric, numeric (0-9), and uppercase and lowercase (A-Z) letters.
For users who have passwords outside of this new standard, when trying to authenticate, the system will issue a warning to change.
“Notepad” application was not translated
The "Notepad" printing application, used in the report filters, was not translated into a language other than Portuguese.
The correction was made so that its translation is shown in any language available on the NDD Print Portal 360 (PT, EN, ES and FR).
