Domain integration - Synchronisation status not being dated

How did the problem happen? Sync status was not updated. Reason not identified.

When did the problem happen? It occurred during the fileBatches status synchronisation process.

Where was the problem? When the LDAP synchronisation was running.

What was done to fix it?  New logs were implemented in the NDD Print Host to detect the problem more effectively.

Brother MFC-L6912DW - Supplies and consumables level was not being decremented

How did the problem happen? The level of toners was not decrementing according to use. Only drums.

When did the problem happen? When monitoring supplies for the Brother MFC-L6912DW model.

Where was the problem? When monitoring supplies via the NDD Print Host.

What was done to fix it?  A correction was made to the way the level data was captured, which was presented in hexadecimal via the model's MIB.
