Synchronization of the WSControl API was not finished
How did the problem happen? The Service responsible for processing the WSControl API synchronization was not initializing the processes.
When did the problem happen? When using the WSControl API.
Where was the problem? In environments using the WSControl API synchronization and NDD Print 360 Server prior to version 5.61.
What was done to fix it? Corrected the initialization of the Cache Sync service so that it initializes all processes for synchrony completion.
Correction of text translation in the NDD Print Host interface
How did the problem happen? Some texts were not translated in the NDD Print Host interface.
When did the problem happen? When opening some configurations, two text fields Connection type without translation were identified.
Where was the problem? On the e-mail server configuration and LDAP synchronization screens.
What was done to fix it? We added the translation in the interface fields.

Improvements
Reverse the setup (Set) of the printers
What purpose? Enables the user to reverse the preparation (Set) of the printer(s) to the default configuration. We suggest using this process when removing the NDD Print Client/Ricoh Android Collector application.
What was done? Completed the creation of the Set default option in the tool.
What will be affected? The preparation set-up of the equipment.
What is the impact on the environment? None.
Observations? The change was made only in the tool that comes with the installation package.

Failed to apply language settings to the embedded solution
How did the problem happen? After setting the language to be displayed in the embedded solution. The setting was not being applied on the printer screen, keeping the English language.
When did the problem happen? On the authentication screen.
Where was the problem? In the NDD Print Client Epson.
What was done to fix it? We made some corrections so that the language settings are applied according to what was configured in the NDD print MF Epson.
Communication failure with the NDD Print Releaser
How did the problem happen? During the process of adding a printer to the NDD Print MF Epson, an error occurred where an error message related to communication failure with the NDD Print Releaser was displayed.
When did the problem happen? During the process of adding a printer to the NDD Print MF Epson.
Where was the problem? In the NDD Print MF Epson.
What was done to fix it? To resolve this error, we updated some components of NDD Print MF Epson.

What was done to fix it? To resolve this error, we updated some components of NDD Print MF Epson.
Quota discount on copy jobs failed
How did the problem happen? After performing copy jobs, the quota debit was not being applied. This error occurred in scenarios where the quota was set by printers.
When did the problem happen? After performing a copy job.
Where was the problem? In the NDD Print Client Epson.
What was done to fix it? We have made some corrections to this functionality so that the discounting of the quotas will occur normally.
