Fail

When performing Cache Synchronization on the NDD Print Host, in Windows Application Events, the “Failed to execute NPA file upload routine. WSE032: There was an error loading from microsoft.web.services2 configuration section” is displayed.

Cause

Component WSE2.0 is not installed on the computer. In this case, it was removed by another application that was uninstalled and which also uses WSE.

Solution

Install the WSE2.0 component.
