Fail Incompatible document

Fail

When releasing the document at the release terminals (Printers, Mobile and Releaser web), the message “Incompatible document” is displayed.

Cause

The device that is releasing the document has not been added to the Print Group in which the document has been retained.

Solution

Add the device to the Print Group.
