According to the settings chosen for the environment, after selecting the documents and selecting to print them, the Purpose selection screen will be displayed. In this screen we define where the quota discount will be done for each document. After setting them, press Print again. Purposes are available as Private, Corporate and a selectable Account.

When setting the discount for an Account, the application will display the Account selection screen. Select an account from the ones listed or search by name or code search, then confirm. Regardless of the account that was selected, the discount will always occur to the Corporate quota.
