Policies of conversion restriction and/or suggestion

Respecting the configured policies of conversion restriction and/or suggestion, after printing some documents, a screen with a list of these documents will be displayed, alerting the user to the reason that they have not yet been released, and giving options to regularize, remove or convert the documents. The alerts messages are configured in Portal 360 and and be applied to MFP's, specific users, group of users or devices. After regularizing the documents, press Print again.
