Scan to my email

This functionality aims to send the user's scans to their own email and will only be presented to the person who logged in if they have an email previously configured in the NDD Print Portal 360 or NDD Print Host.

When accessing this functionality, the standard scanning options will be presented, which are already predefined in the administration of the client ex:. Color, Resolution, File extension, Document size, Duplex. When defining the scan properties and continuing with the process, the scan status will be displayed and whether it was sent successfully or not.

ATTENTION

It is necessary that the user has an email for this functionality to be active.

It is possible to set a default email for all users through NDD Print Host.
