Prerequisites
Before proceeding with the installation prerequisites for NDD Print Brother, it is essential to note some recommendations that ensure the correct functioning of the application and reduce the occurrence of errors during the process:
Ensure you use a printer administrator account to install and configure the application;
When registering a device in NDD Print MF Brother, pay attention to specific printer settings that may directly impact the success of the registration. Learn more →
To avoid errors, it is recommended that the device not be in use during installation and configuration;
Always use the latest firmware version provided by the manufacturer;
Check that the Domain and Authentication method are configured in NDD Print Host and confirm that the device is properly added to a print group in NDD Print Releaser;

NDD Print Client
Before using the printer with the embedded solution, is mandatory to verify and validate the user and domain settings, the authentication method present in the server modules, as well as the correct registration of the printer used in it's respective(s) print group(s), in the NDD Print Releaser.
