Set up email sending about quota by percentages
User prerequisites:

Process prerequisites:
To perform this setting > view settings > menu Quotas > locate Corporate Quota alert by percentage > action Edit
Enable the desired option, considering:
Enable receiving email to the responsible: When any user's remaining quotas are equal to or below the percentage(s) set, an email will be sent to the responsible informing the situation.
Remaining percentages to receive the quota alert: It allows you to set up to 3 percentage values so that alert emails are sent, always starting at the highest value.
Responsible email.
Use default email: By default this option is enabled, to change the information that will be sent to the user, simply disable it and enter the new message;
Customize the subject of the email with the following fields: In this field you can add specific information in the email subject.

Customize your email with the following fields: In this field you can add specific information to the message.
Enable email receiving for managers: When any user's remaining quotas are equal to or below the percentage(s) set, an email will be sent to the account manager stating the situation.
Remaining percentages to receive the quota alert: It allows you to set up to 3 percentage values so that alert emails are sent, always starting with the highest value;
Use default email: By default this option is enabled, to change the information that will be sent to the user, simply disable it and enter the new message;
Customize the subject of the email with the following fields: In this field you can add specific information in the email subject.

IMPORTANT
This option is available only when Account Control is configured per user
Enable email receiving for users: In this case, an alert email will be sent directly to users when their quotas are equal to or below the percentage(s) configured.
Remaining percentages to receive the quota alert: It allows you to set up to 3 percentage values so that alert emails are sent, always starting with the highest value;
Use default email: By default this option is enabled, to change the information that will be sent to the user, simply disable it and enter the new message;

NOTE
Actions on quotas will not be available to users logged on as a provider.
IMPORTANT
Only one email will be sent after each percentage level is reached.
The receipt of the email will occur within 24 hours after performing the print job. However, if the synchronization process is not completed within this period, the pending email will be disregarded, and only a new one will be sent when it reaches the next percentage level.
With each credit addition, the new total value of quotas will be considered as 100%. Therefore, the sending of alerts will be restarted, from the highest value.
