Manage printer account history

User prerequisites:

Master Administrator Permission or

Administrator Permission

Process prerequisites:

Account type must be configured by printers


To manage the printer account history > view Accounts > on the list select the account > action Open > tab Printers > click on the printer name >tab Account > Edit

Enter the necessary data, considering:

The printer does not belong to any account: In this case the printer will not be part of any account, and the jobs performed on this machine will be configured as "No account";

The printers does not have history and always belonged to the account: In this case, it will be considered that the printer has always been a member of the informed account, and all jobs already performed in the printer will be assigned to the account.

Change account;

The printer has account history: In this case you can add periods in which the printer belonged to different accounts, and your jobs will be adjusted to the accounts as configured.

To add an account history to the printer > click on +Add history

Enter the necessary data, considering:

History start date: It allows informing the date on which the printer had history;

Without account;

Selected Account: It allows informing the account where the printer had history.

To delete an account history that is associated with the printer > identify the history to be deleted> Delete > Confirm
