Accounts
Accounts are units or organizational methods used to segment and/or classify the printing environment. They can be configured per printer, where each account will have printers associated, or can be configured per user, so each user will belong to an account.
The accounts can be, for example: Cost centers, projects, areas, customers or departments.
By using this method it is possible to request user to inform to which account the print job will be assigned. This allows the monitoring and apportionment of print jobs and their respective costs through reports, graphs and statistics.
The NDD Print Portal 360:
Allows the definition of hierarchical structure of accounts, without limits of levels. Differential that makes the tool adherent to its accounting cost centers.
Keeps accounts and users updated automatically through synchronization integrated with Active Directory or via CSV file.
It enables the visualization of quantitative and qualitative information through reports and filters, among which stand out: summary reports, detailed, analytical and OLAP cubes.
