Manage user account history

User prerequisites:

Master Administrator Permission or

Administrator Permission

Process prerequisites:

Account control must be configured per user


To manage user account history > view Accounts > on the list select the account > action Open > tab Users > click on user logon >tab Account > Edit

Enter the necessary data, considering:

The user does not belong to any account: In this case the user will not be part of any account, and the jobs performed by the user will be configured as "No account";

The user has no history and always belonged to the account: In this case it will be considered that the user has always been a member of the informed account, so all the works already performed, and those that will be, will be assigned to the configured account;

Change account.

User has account history: In this case you can add periods in which the user belonged to different accounts, and their jobs will be adjusted to the accounts as configured.

To add an account history to the user > click on + Add history

Enter the necessary data, considering:

History start date: It allows to inform from which date the user has history.;

Without account;

Selected account: It allows you to select the account in which the user has history.

To delete an account history that is associated with the user > identify the history to be deleted > Delete Confirm
