New features
Perform automatic PIN renewal through the integration API
What is the new functionality? Use the integration API for automatic PIN renewal.
What is the benefit of the new feature? Allow developers to use the integrations API to utilize the automatic PIN renewal option.
How does the new feature work? When using the Update Pin code auto renew method, the user's PIN will be updated automatically.
Observations? For this endpoint to work correctly, the way to manage PIN codes must be set to Automatic renewal of the PIN.
Do not allow password recovery without checking CAPTCHA
What is the new functionality? Allow more security for user password recovery.
What is the benefit of the new feature? Enable more safety in the use of the product.
How does the new feature work? When recovering the password, the user must mark the CAPTCHA.
Observations? None.
Use Indian Rupee currency
What is the new functionality? Allow use of Indian Rupee currency on NDD Print Portal 360.
What is the benefit of the new feature? Meet the globalization of the NDD Print.
How does the new feature work? Allow to change the currency symbol that will be displayed on NDD Print Portal 360.
Observations? The maximum balance filter in the quota report will display the “$” symbol in all languages except Portuguese.
Improvements
Automatic PIN renewal for users
What purpose? Allow automatic renewal of the PIN and/or Secure PIN, generating more security for users.
What was done? Added automatic renewal setting in NDD Print Portal 360. To learn more, click here.
What will be affected? The process of adding and using NDD Print Client features when the client uses NLB.
What is the impact on the environment? How to generate PIN codes.
Observations? All PIN and/or Secure PIN codes currently in use will be updated according to the configured recurrence.

Improvements
Using HP NDD Print MF in Network Load Balancing (NLB) environments
What purpose? Make the process of adding equipment more user-friendly.
What was done? When adding equipment, if it is not compatible or not correctly configured, the message Incompatible with embedded solutions (secure release, authentication and quota on copies) will be displayed to the user.
What will be affected? The process of adding equipment.
What is the impact on the environment? None.
Observations? None.
NDD Print Agent 5.23.13

Fixes
NDD Print Agent making too many connections to the servers
How did the problem happen? The module was making too many calls with the server on ports 56562 and 5656.
When did the problem happen? The call times were being made approximately every 10 seconds.
Where was the problem? In the calls between the NDD Print Agent and the NDD Print Host.
What was done to fix it? The NDD Print Agent call time was changed to 24h.
Document does not print using the Retention in the Station feature
How did the problem happen? When trying to print several documents, the first job gets the paused status and appears in the pending documents, but the others don't appear in the pending list or in the queue, so they are not processed and get a blank status. When trying to release the job, the printer displays the message printing successfully released, but the document is not printed, the job is removed from the pending documents and in the queue the jobs remain with the same status.
When did the problem happen? When printing several documents with Retention in the Station.
Where was the problem? In the process of changing the port for release, the NDD Print Agent ends up using an incorrect name.
What was done to fix it? Correction was made so that the NDD Print Agent considers the address field of the port in addition to the name.
