Enable private print finality

To perform this setting > view Settings > menu Jobs assignment > locate Print finality > action Edit
Select the desired behavior, considering:
Use corporate print finality.
Use corporate and private print finality: In this case, all users will be able to print private documents using specific quotas for this type of printing, and the jobs done can be viewed through the quotas report. In addition, you can create specific policies to control permissions for this purpose.
