Configure the account to be selectable (Assignment)
User prerequisites:
Master Administrator Permission or
Process prerequisites:
A setting "Allow the user to select the account that their print job will be assigned" must be enabled
To configure account availability for the selection > view Accounts > on the list select the account > action Open > tab Assignment > Edit
Select the desired behavior, considering:
This account cannot be selected by users to assign print jobs;
All users will be able to select this account to assign print jobs: It allows you to make this account selectable at the printing time.
Customize this account assignment: In this case, you can define which users or specific accounts can select the account being edited by clicking "+ Add user" or "+ Add account".
