Set up email sending about quotas
User prerequisites:
Master Administrator Permission or
Process prerequisites:
To perform this setting > view Settings > menu Quotas > locate Quota alert > action Edit > locate Email
Enable the desired option, considering:
Enable receiving email to the responsible: When the quotas of some user are below the configured value, an email will be sent to the responsible person informing the situation.
Remaining value;
Responsible email.
Enable email receiving for users: When any managed user quotas are below the configured value, an email will be sent to the account manager stating the situation.
Remaining value;
Use default email: By default this option is enabled, to change the information that will be sent to the user, just disable it and insert the new message;
Customize the email subject;
Customize your email with the following fields: In this field you can add specific information in the message.
IMPORTANT
This option is available only when the account control is configured by user or printer.
Enable email receiving for managers: In this case, an alert email will be sent directly to the user when their quotas are below the configured value.
Remaining value;
Use default email: By default this option is enabled, to change the information that will be sent to the user, just disable it and insert the new message;
Customize the email subject;
Customize your email with the following fields: In this field you can add specific information in the message.
IMPORTANT
This option is available only when the account control is configured by user.
NOTE
Actions on quotas will not be available to users logged in as a provider.
