Add quotas to user group
User prerequisites:
Master Administrator Permission or
Process prerequisites:
To add quotas to user group > view Users > menu Groups > on the list select the group > action Open > tab Quotas > locate Active credits > click on + Add credit
Enter the required data, according to quota control unit, considering:
Quota for private use: When enabled, only jobs assigned as "Private" by users will be discounted from this quota.
This option is available only when the print finality is corporate and private.
Pages
Number of pages
Color
Number of mono pages
Number of color pages
Currency
Credit amount
The configuration limits are:
Pages: 70,000
Color: 70,000 color/70,000 mono
Currency: 7,000
For other values, you can set up weekly or daily recurrences. You can also use the standard rule for assigning quotas.
Expire credit: It allows to delimit the time that this quota will be available to the user.
Identification code: When informed, it can be viewed through the quota statement report, as the quota description.
This option is available only if the additional quotas identification is enabled.
Actions on quotas will not be available to users logged in as a provider.
