Users

Users are all users of print services in an environment where print job monitoring is active. These users can be manually registered, imported or identified automatically by the system.

By default, users do not have access to NDD Print Portal 360, and the express permission of that permission is required by the system administrator.

Permissions delimit the actions and information that the user can view and manage. In this guide we will cover the actions and information that users, with permission of manager or not, will be able to manage and visualize.

For users who have access to the system, but do not have any account management assignments, information about their printing will be displayed in reports and on the screen. Users with system access, manager assignment, and assigned accounts, will be shown in the reports and on the screen information about their printing as well as information about the accounts for which they are responsible.
